Product Marketing Manager
Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Product Marketing professional to help build and scale a modern marketing function. This role will play a key part in defining segmentation, pricing strategy, and go-to-market execution across a B2B services portfolio.
This is a high-impact opportunity within a growing organization undergoing a marketing transformation under new executive leadership, with a strong focus on aligning market insights, customer needs, and commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and own segmentation frameworks from scratch, using customer, behavioral, and market data to define target audiences
- Develop and execute pricing strategies and price analysis, partnering cross-functionally to drive revenue and competitiveness
- Translate data into actionable insights by aggregating and analyzing complex datasets to inform GTM decisions
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including positioning, messaging, and full-funnel campaign execution
- Develop and refine product positioning and persona-based messaging for B2B audiences
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate roadmap timelines and support feature prioritization
- Drive A/B testing and digital engagement optimization across campaigns and channels
- Support sales through enablement materials, positioning, and market insights
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience as a Product Marketer (not Product Management)
- Strong background in B2B marketing environments
- Demonstrated experience with:
- Segmentation (building from the ground up)
- Pricing strategy and price analysis
- Data analysis and synthesizing insights into strategy
- Proven ability to execute full-funnel marketing campaigns and GTM strategies
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience working with data
Preferred Experience
- Experience positioning technology or AI-driven solutions
- Background in services-based or operationally complex businesses
- Experience improving digital engagement and campaign performance
